What our members say…
Club Member:
ALISON FORD
“As a “later in life” C25K runner, SDAC is great club for the next step to longer runs with friendly, encouraging members. Then opportunities for a wide range of competitive runs either as a serious competitor or to get you out of your comfort zone.”
Club Member:
JEREMY GODDARD
“Being a member of our local running club has been a revitalising experience. The inclusive and supportive environment has allowed me to maintain an active lifestyle and foster genuine connections. Here’s to the joy of running and the continued pursuit of health and happiness in every stride!”
Club Member:
TRACY ELFORD
“I only started running in my mid-40’s and was pleased to have found SDAC as they are very supportive of all abilities. The camaraderie and friendship that I have found in my ability group has been wonderful, and the achievement of running 1 mile, then 2, then 6 and now training for a full marathon has been more empowering than I could have ever imagined…”
