SDAC excel at ACE Academy Olympics

A number of SDAC juniors took part in the ACE Academy Olympics, a competition taking in 17 schools at Exeter Arena on Tuesday 15th July.

Jacob Levett secured gold in 400m and Bronze for long Jump.
Faith Levett also bagged a mighty gold for 400m as well as in javelin, and long jump too. They smashed it!

Georgina White took first place in a strong perfirmance and gold in the 800m.

Theo Green stormed the 400m and took the gold with a controlled fine run.

Ava Green, Thea Gillard, Solomon Synnott, and William Crisp also competed and put in sterling performances. Awesome guys and a big SDAC shout out to you all!

We are a friendly running club based in Paignton and cater for runners of all abilities and ages. Whether you want to run for fun, fitness or competition we have qualified coaches who can help you achieve your goals.

General Club Information

We meet at Clennon Valley Leisure Centre on Tuesdays and Thursdays. There are exceptions, so please contact us before arriving for the first time.

 

  • Tuesdays at 6.25pm to start at 6.30pm
Speed and endurance training
  • Thursdays at 6.35pm to start at 6.45pm
- Run 6-8 miles in groups (medium, fast)
  • Run / walk 4-5 miles - ideal for beginners or for those returning from injury' to 'If you are interested in a 4-5 mile run / walk group, please get in touch
  • Juniors (meet on Mondays between 6-8pm at Churston Ferrers Grammar School.

 

New members are always welcome... come along for a few free trial sessions!
Please note: There is currently a waiting list for Juniors but there are spaces available for U15 and U17 males and females. Please contact us via the 'CONTACT US' web form to find out more.
